Hats Off Management Group Inc. - a company dedicated to fostering and cultivating the talent of Calgary’s youth by providing family-friendly performance opportunities, workshops, competitions, and a number of entertainment platforms for kids to develop and showcase their stage skills.

Since 1990, Hats Off Management Group has gained a solid reputation with Calgary families and a network of entertainment production companies and personnel. Acting as production writer, director, event planner, agent, teacher and scout, Hats Off has created and colloborated on a number of platforms for kids to enhance and feature their talents in the performing arts.
Responsible for producing Calgary's Junior Idol for seven years running, Hats Off Management has also hosted Calgary's Got Talent, choreographed the World Police and Fire Games, and directed a number of performing arts workshops in which celebrity actors, dancers, and singers have taught local youth the ins and outs of the theatre/movie industry.
