In conjunction with Calgary’s Junior Idol, Hats Off Management is offering a fun weekend workshop featuring instruction in stage presentation and personal performance enhancement. Students will learn microphone techniques, time-step, stage awareness, connecting with the audience, and tips and tricks to performing on stage and breaking down the “nervous” barriers. Taught by qualified instructors in a professional environment, this workshop is for kids from ages 6 to 17 and is limited to a maximum number of 50 students.

*Please note that although there may be some instruction in singing, the focus in this workshop is entirely about enhancing performance and stage presence, not on voice.

*This workshop runs independent of the Calgary’s Junior Idol competition. Enrollment in this workshop will not influence the outcome of the competition. Judges will not be present during the workshop.
