LA DISNEY WORKSHOP coming to CALGARY!!!

Adrian R'Mante, Esteban from "The Suite Life of Zack and Cody" will be holding a 3-day Acting Camp for Children and Teens November 13th, 14th and 15th. It is the third time that Adrian and celebrity guests have hosted this Acting Camp in Calgary, and it is always a HUGE HIT with the students and parents! The camp is for all levels of acting, from beginner to advanced....from auditioning to scene study.....also...tips on how to get in front of the LA agents.

REEL ACTION! - Become Confident on Camera

Coming in January, 2010:
Two Day workshop. Open to teens ages 12 to 17. Limited to 16 students.

Learn how to address a TV viewing audience, move with the camera, and improvisation. Understand voice projection, microphone awareness, and reading cue cards.

Upon completion of this workshop, students will have a clear understanding on how to perform on camera. There are exercises in newscasting, conducting interviews, being a talk show host as well as a guest and a game show contestant, and acting out a television skit.

The "fun" factor is emminent in this workshop and is a fantastic learning motivator for kids to fully enrich their confidence on camera.

Performance Enhancement & Stage Presentation

Weekend Workshop - coming in 2010 in conjunction with The 2010 Calgary's Junior Idol Competition.

Hats Off Management will once again offer a fun weekend workshop featuring instruction in stage presentation and personal performance enhancement. Students will learn microphone techniques, time-step, stage awareness, connecting with the audience, and tips and tricks to performing on stage and breaking down the “nervous” barriers. Taught by qualified instructors in a professional environment, this workshop is for kids from ages 10 to 17 and is limited to a maximum number of 15 students.

*Please note that although there may be some instruction in singing, the focus in this workshop is entirely about enhancing performance and stage presence, not on voice.

This workshop will give both new and experienced performers an insight to their own stage presence, and like all Hats Off workshops, provide kids with a fun, challenging, and memorable experience.
